We're all about family, so we want to celebrate your birthday with you! That’s right, you can get a FREE PIZZA on your Birthday, just because it's your Birthday!

  • How do I get a FREE PIZZA on My Birthday?

    • Head to the BIGGER BETTER REWARDS page and put in your Information in the form at the bottom of the page.
    • We'll send you the Coupon Code for the FREE BIRTHDAY PIZZA at the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you use.
    • Make sure you have your information entered more than two days prior to your birthday, or else we may miss it.
  • How do I Redeem my FREE PIZZA for My Birthday?

    • Two days prior to your birthday, we'll send you an e-mail and/or text message with a one-time coupon code.
    • Use the BMPP Location Finder to choose the location you will be ordering from.
    • Build a Medium 13” (up-to, but not limited to) 1 Topping Pizza and add it to your shopping cart.
    • Go to your shopping cart & apply the code sent to you.
    • You'll have 6 days from the day you receive the one-time coupon code to redeem your pizza.
    • Your store may also ask you to verify your birthday by a state issued driver's license or identification card upon arrival.

  • How do I Earn Rewards Points towards FREE PIZZA?

    • Place any online order with a $15.99 minimum subtotal to earn points towards FREE PIZZA. Your points are collected under your e-mail address, so make sure to use the same e-mail address when ordering.
    • You must use the same e-mail address when ordering every single time so that all of your points are collected together. If you use a different e-mail address, points will be scattered across the different e-mail addresses and you won’t be able to redeem them.
    • The desired e-mail address must be entered in the EMAIL: field on the ENTER CONTACT INFO page during the checkout process.
    • You must also agree to: "Yes! I want to earn loyalty rewards points, and get special offers through email."
  • How do I Redeem my Rewards Points for FREE PIZZA?

    • Once you earn 7 points, we'll send you an e-mail and/or text message with a one-time coupon code.
    • Use the BMPP Location Finder to choose the location you will be ordering from.
    • Build a Large 16” (up-to, but not limited to) 2 Topping Pizza and add it to your shopping cart.
    • Go to your shopping cart & apply the code sent to you.
    • You'll have 30 days from the day you receive your code to redeem your pizza.
  • You may find coupon codes in e-mail and text broadcasts, postcards and menus, social media ads, our online ordering website homepage and/or through other channels.

  • To apply a coupon code to an order, please have all redeemable items in your cart prior to applying a coupon:

    Enter the coupon code in the COUPON #: field at the bottom of the REVIEW YOUR ORDER page during the checkout process and choose the ADD TO ORDER button.

  • Different coupons may have different minimum requirements. Attempting to apply a coupon code to an order that does not meet the minimum requirements will result in a red error message box stating the issue.

  • All orders at our website incur an order processing charge of ¢99 per order. Coupon codes for FREE ITEMS will not waive the ¢99 order processing charge.

  • Use the BMPP Location Finder to choose the location you have been using to earn rewards points. Choose REWARD POINTS at the top of the page in the Navigation Panel to view your Rewards Points Balance.

  • Your Credit / Debit card was declined during the checkout process, but you still see a charge on your Bank Statement.

    • When you use your Credit / Debit card to pay for something, the Payment Processing Company uses a process called Authorization to confirm that you actually have funds available in your bank account to complete the transaction.
    • If you card is declined due to insufficient funds or incorrect billing information entered, the charge may temporarily appear as pending on your statement before being removed due to the Authorization process.
    • The charges will simply “fall off” your statement, and you won’t be charged. You’ll see your credit limit increase again or the charge will no longer be visible in pending status.
